We process your order straight away for goods in stock. We will normally send your order to you within 1 to 5 business days following payment confirmation. Where available, once the goods have been dispatched, you will be emailed confirmation to the email address provided at time of order. All prices shown below are exclusive of Vat at standard rate where applicable.
The advertisement of any goods or service on this site does not constitute an offer to sell. Your receipt of an order confirmation (electronic, fax or other form) does not constitute our acceptance of your order, or confirm our offer to sell. The Seller reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. The Seller makes every effort to have all products offered on our website in stock and at the price listed. The pricing and availability information presented on our site is the most current information we have, but unfortunately mistakes do occur, and this information does not constitute a guarantee of price or availability.

Note: Ductwork over 250mm diameter and 1m in length will attract additional carriage charges for either pallet delivery or dedicated van delivery. We will expect these charges to be paid prior to desptach of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights and your right to free order cancellation and full refund prior to despatch of goods or manufacture.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Delivery Charges
For orders to be delivered to these areas, orders can be placed in one of the following two ways, either 1) by calling us on +44 (0)121 306 9481 and we will take your order over the phone and we will advise you of the delivery charge or 2) by placing an order online and selecting the relevant delivery options, however your order will be subject to a delivery charge supplement (due to increased carriage costs) which we will advise you of separately either by phone/email, this will be in addition to and after the standard automatic order confirmation has been sent.
Please note that your order will not be dispatched until any delivery supplement has been approved by our offices.

EC Deliveries - Non VAT registered: Please enter as normal and VAT will still be charged
Rest of World: Please choose your Country of delivery when placing your order. VAT will not usually be charged
Goods are usually received within 14 days of a confirmed payment.
Please note that international orders outside Europe (EC) may be subject to local import tax - contact your local customs office for advice.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, standard rate 20% VAT (Value Added Tax) is added. All other orders are VAT free. We will invoice non- European countries separately to exclude VAT if requested.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
The Seller will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, or failure to deliver, any products if such delay or failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, labour disputes, delay or failure of suppliers or of transportation, or governmental acts.
Changes to These Terms
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
All transactions carried out are subject to UK legislation.
Errors and Omissions accepted
Items marked with delivery times greater than 7 days are generally dispatched direct from our manufacturer. Please note that Direct Dispatch items cannot generally be tracked but a time and date for delivery will generally be arranged in advance.
We do not offer a collection service because we do not stock anything at our Admin office. All deliveries are made direct from our manufacturers. Please do not visit our premises without prior arrangement as you will probably be turned away, this may cause offence and for this we apologise for this in advance. As you can appreciate we are always extremely busy people.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you and tell you about any extended waiting time. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Money back Guarantee & Returns Policy
Returns Policy. We aim to provide a satisfaction guaranteed product or your money back. If you are unhappy with any product purchase due to damage or fault, you may return it to us within 28 days for a full refund. This applies to all our standard goods except non-stock or non reusable items etc where the item has been opened, and also applies to special order items (items built to order or not carried in stock). This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Upon returning any faulty or damaged goods, please obtain a Returns number before returning any item, as without this, your refund may be delayed. To obtain a Returns number and address, please email or telephone us.
Goods must be returned in a resalable condition, complete with all unused contents and in its undamaged packaging. Please enclose your name and address details and reason for return inside the parcel to ensure a prompt refund. Please note the AIR 8 (UK) Returns number on the outside of the parcel.
Please note that you will be responsible for all of the costs of returning all goods to us. We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
The standard advertised cost for originally shipping the goods will normally be refunded however; the refund of carriage charges does not apply nor include for additionally purchased shipping such as special courier/dedicated transport/express deliveries/weekend deliveries/pre-10am/pre-12 noon etc. These costs are as a result of the customer purchasing optional services that do not form part of our standard shipping options therefore we would not normally apply these to our standard sales.

A restocking fee will apply to orders that are deemed not faulty or damaged returned or simply unwanted items.
A non-negotiable restocking charge for non-faulty returned items is 20% for all standard stock items, and this sum will be automatically deducted at refunding stage. This charge is levied as fair and used to cover our administrational costs in processing the original order, dealing with the return item, payment processing, parts cleaning, re-packaging and re-warehousing costs.
